Who runs FirmFacts

FirmFacts is run by Vavien Technology Limited, Dublin, Ireland. Questions, corrections or anything about your account: support@firmfacts.co. Ideas for the site, and bug reports: Ideas + Bugs.

Where the figures come from

Register data and filed accounts from Companies House; contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Map positions from the ONS Postcode Directory, region outlines from the ONS Regions and Countries (December 2024) boundaries: contains OS data © Crown copyright and database right 2026; contains Royal Mail data © Royal Mail copyright and database right 2026; source: Office for National Statistics licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.

Listed companies' figures are read from their annual financial reports as filed with the Financial Conduct Authority in iXBRL (ESEF), republished by filings.xbrl.org (XBRL International). Each company page names its sources and links to them.

Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, tiles by OpenFreeMap. Photographs come from Wikimedia Commons under the licence shown on each photo, or from the company's own website, and are credited where they appear. Company names, logos and website descriptions belong to the companies, and news outlets' names and icons in reports to the outlets; both are shown to identify them. News stories are linked, not copied. Company identifiers are matched through Wikidata (CC0) and GLEIF.

How to read the figures

Every figure is shown as the company filed it. Nothing is estimated or filled in: a figure that wasn't filed shows as “—”. Ratios, changes and notes are worked out from the filed figures only. FirmFacts is not a credit rating, a forecast or financial advice; check the filed documents before relying on a figure.

Directors and owners are shown by name, role and date only, as on the public register. No home address of any director is shown.

What FirmFacts keeps

In your browser: your light or dark theme, the companies you picked to compare, and a copy of your watchlist while you're signed in. A cookie remembers which plan the page is shown for. If you create an account: your email address, how you sign in (email and password, or Google), your watchlist, the deep reports you've had and the ideas you post or vote on (shown without your name), kept by our database provider, Supabase, with sign-in cookies in your browser. You can delete your account, and all of that with it, from your account page at any time. Emails about the companies you watch (at most one a day) go out through our email provider, Resend; you can turn them off on your account page or with the link in any of them. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. The site's host, Cloudflare, logs requests to keep it running.

Terms of use and privacy notice
